About This Role: As the Senior Director of Medical Affairs Statistics, you will lead a dynamic team focused on evidence generation and health technology assessment. This role is crucial for developing and disseminating scientific evidence of clinical outcomes and product value for stakeholders. You will impact evidence strategy and oversee analytics directly contributing to organizational success. What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and analysis of research studies to generate evidence supporting product value propositions and clinical outcomes.
- Oversee preparation and submission of analyses for health technology assessment (HTA) dossiers, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and market access strategies.
- Develop and apply advanced statistical techniques for indirect comparisons to assess treatment efficacy and safety.
- Conduct and supervise secondary research (systematic reviews, meta-analyses) to synthesize data and inform decision-making.
- Drive the development and submission of high-quality scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical development, value & access, RWDA, Epidemiology, Worldwide Medical) to align with broader strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Medical Affairs Statistics team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and maintain excellence in evidence generation and statistical analysis.

Required Skills:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field (PhD preferred).
- Extensive experience in medical affairs, health economics and access, or a related area within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record in evidence generation, health technology assessment, resulting in high-value publications/disclosures and HTA outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with global regulatory requirements and market access strategies.
- Ability to innovate in statistical methods and evidence generation.
- Product launch and drug development experience (neurology, immunology, or rare diseases).
Compensation: $230,000-$316,000 (base salary). Includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.).
