As the Senior Director of Technical Program Management, you will drive efficiency, growth, and scalability at PayNearMe. This role focuses on maturing strategic technical program management practices to align operational processes with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Leadership: Provide strategic direction across PayNearme’s technical program portfolio.
- Reliability & Quality: Lead programs that strengthen system reliability and scalability.
- Governance: Provide program leadership across PayNearMe’s technical project portfolio.
- Operational Excellence: Implement technical project management best practices.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leadership to define and deliver strategic technical programs.
- Ensure visibility and accountability by communicating goals, milestones, and metrics.
- Lead all aspects of program execution, including prioritization and risk remediation.
- Scale process and tools to support larger teams and increasing complexity.
- Lead efforts to scale and standardize the TPM function across the organization.
- Develop talent within the team through mentorship and professional development.
- Be a culture carrier, connecting the organization to its core values.
