Full-Time Senior Engagement Manager

As a Senior Customer Engagement Manager, you will manage key internal and external initiatives to enhance customer value and organizational innovation. Responsibilities include:

1. Managing cross-functional projects, senior-level executives, and customers for a unique customer experience.
2. Providing weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to customers and internal teams.
3. Managing all project phases and navigating internal and external cross-functional teams.
4. Initiating or participating in strategic initiatives that impact tactical approaches and project direction.
5. Developing and presenting the value proposition to the customer.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Minimum of 10 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience.
• 5+ years in Customer Engagement roles.
• Prior experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products.
• Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience (planning, scheduling, monitoring, stakeholder reporting).
• Demonstrated experience leading key projects, including strategic customer programs.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills, including creative thinking and hands-on delivery.
• Experience with analytics, metrics, and KPIs.
• Thought leadership and strategic thinking.
• Gathering and analyzing data to understand different decision options.
• Clear communication of abstract ideas.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Facilitation skills for meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Active listening to ensure feedback drives initiatives and improvements.
• Ability to quickly learn tools, systems, and processes.
• Critical thinking, strategic thinking, and assimilating new information.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Travel up to 50%.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Preferred Canadian Citizenship.
