Job Details
As a Senior Customer Engagement Manager, you will manage key internal and external initiatives to enhance customer value and organizational innovation. Responsibilities include:
- Managing cross-functional projects, senior-level executives, and customers for a unique customer experience.
- Providing weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to customers and internal teams.
- Managing all project phases and navigating internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Initiating or participating in strategic initiatives that impact tactical approaches and project direction.
- Developing and presenting the value proposition to the customer.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Minimum of 10 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience.
- 5+ years in Customer Engagement roles.
- Prior experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products.
- Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience (planning, scheduling, monitoring, stakeholder reporting).
- Demonstrated experience leading key projects, including strategic customer programs.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills, including creative thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Experience with analytics, metrics, and KPIs.
- Thought leadership and strategic thinking.
- Gathering and analyzing data to understand different decision options.
- Clear communication of abstract ideas.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Facilitation skills for meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Active listening to ensure feedback drives initiatives and improvements.
- Ability to quickly learn tools, systems, and processes.
- Critical thinking, strategic thinking, and assimilating new information.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Travel up to 50%.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Preferred Canadian Citizenship.
