Full-Time Senior Engagement Manager

Senior Engagement Manager oversees on-time, on-budget solution delivery. This requires following ServiceNow's NowCreate methodology, collaborating with customer and partner teams, and ensuring governance.

Responsibilities:

• Leads delivery teams, often with partners, managing governance, timelines, scope, risks, and changes.
• Collaborates with sales, partners, and customers to understand challenges and value delivery.
• Aligns deliverables with customer goals and applies NowCreate methodology for long-term customer success.
• Acts as a single point of contact, fostering collaboration and agreement.
• Mentors customer/partner teams for engagement success.
• Identifies and resolves actual vs. planned gaps.
• AI Integration: Applies experience integrating AI into processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Requirements:

• 8+ years progressive experience in professional services (or equivalent).
• Strong ability to travel (up to 50%).
• Industry domain expertise with independent project management skills.
• Experience in resolving complex issues through analysis and collaboration.
• ServiceNow certifications are desirable.
