Responsibilities:

• Algorithm & System Design: Design efficient algorithms, complex data structures, and scalable systems.
• Software Development: Build high-throughput, low-latency systems, implement advanced networking protocols, and optimize for performance.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with industry experts, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, conduct research, and publish findings (where appropriate). Experiment with innovative tools and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for complex challenges.
• Experience in software development (Rust, Go, or C# preferred).
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, networking (advantageous).

Experience: Several years of experience in software engineering, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality solutions.
