Full-Time Senior Engineer, CRM-Dynamics

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 3+ Years.Expertise in C# and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.Expertise in developing solutions to optimize sales processes, customer service, and case management workflows.Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer, capable of designing, building, and supporting automation solutions across business units.Hands-on experience in developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.Deep understanding of Power Platform Environments, Power Platform Licensing, Dataverse, and third-party data sources (non-CDS).Proficiency in working with Connectors, DLP Policies, Power Platform Core Framework, reusable components, and security roles.Extensive experience developing Power Automate flows to support backend processes, including bulk data updates in Dataverse.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services such as Azure AD, Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.Knowledge of AWS is a plus, enhancing adaptability to multi-cloud environments.Proven ability to work as an independent contributor, participating in the design, development, and implementation of application systems.Actively seeks and shares knowledge with others, effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner.Ability to resolve challenges efficiently, working closely with project managers and executive management when needed.Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
