PandaDoc is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Customer Value track, specifically in the Solutions area. The Solutions area designs and delivers complete end-to-end solutions in our Product to unlock new markets and bring new happy customers to PandaDoc!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain engineering processes, delivery, and collaboration among multiple engineering teams
- Manage the performance and growth of engineers
- Ensure system stability and reliability
- Partner with Scrum Masters to establish a predictable agile development environment
- Help shape and translate company and product priorities into an actionable engineering roadmap, balancing tech debt and other priorities
- Collaborate with the product team to align engineering with product strategy and needs
- Recruit and build an engineering team
- Be a change agent in a transforming environment
About You:
- Over 8 years of engineering experience, including 3 years in a management role
- Previous Software Engineer experience
- MVP mindset
- Managed multiple teams of 15+ engineers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a product organization
- Experienced in managing delivery processes
- Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing environment
