Job Details
Curinos is looking for a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Curinos 360 Grow pod. This team is responsible for the end-to-end development and support of a suite of products using AI-enabled test-and-learn optimization to help banks grow enduring and profitable customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Product and Business stakeholders to develop and execute the product roadmap.
- Own the design, implementation, and delivery of new product features housed within a robust and scalable application stack.
- Lead the team by example, modeling quality software development practices.
- Oversee each team member’s professional development.
- Leading a product engineering team.
- Overseeing key design decisions and producing the required collateral.
- Managing grooming and breakdown of user stories.
- Modeling quality software development practices.
- Providing input into the product roadmap.
- Ensuring compliance with Curinos’ SDLC and Agile processes.
- Collaborating with peer Engineering Managers and Architects.
