About the Role: Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer focused on engineering and automation, building and maintaining the internal technology ecosystem that underpins global operations. Focus on DevOps methodologies, automation, and innovative solutions for infrastructure management and scaling. Responsibilities include:
- Build, maintain, and improve internal infrastructure using DevOps methodologies (Infrastructure as Code, Configuration Management tools).
- Integrate and automate workflows across SaaS platforms (REST APIs, OAuth flows).
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Concourse CI).
- Develop internal tools, scripts, services to manage global device fleets (macOS, ChromeOS, Windows, MDM solutions).
- Collaborate with support teams, escalating complex technical challenges, and implementing automated solutions.
- Engineer and maintain integrations with AWS services.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (containerization).
- Support identity management and user lifecycle tasks through Okta, Google Workspace, Active Directory.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 4-8 years experience in a DevOps-focused IT/infrastructure role; experience managing macOS endpoints, MDM platforms (Jamf, Google MDM); experience with Linux; Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform); Configuration Management (Ansible, Salt); strong understanding of AWS, networking, cloud-native operations; CI/CD pipeline experience; scripting and programming languages; understanding of IAM technologies; excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: experience in a startup or fintech; understanding of SSO implementations; strong experience with macOS; experience managing large device fleets via MDM; experience with Go, Python, Swift; experience with Configuration Management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt); experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of Google Workspace.
Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000 (New York, California, Washington).
