Full-Time Senior Environmental Consultant

The Senior Environmental Scientist / Industrial Hygienist / Project Manager delivers expert environmental consulting services to industrial, maritime, and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Applies expertise in environmental science, chemistry, industrial hygiene, and biological sciences to address client EH&S concerns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with Project Manager and team to execute fieldwork and reporting.
• Supports multiple projects at various stages.
• Conducts on-site investigations to measure and evaluate environmental, health, and safety conditions.
• Performs research, development, and planning for comprehensive technical reports.
• Prepares studies and reports following established formats.
• Obtains and maintains licenses for mold, lead, and asbestos assessments.
• Travels by air, sea, or land for project locations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Geology, or Engineering (specialized engineering degrees may waive experience requirement)
• Minimum 3 years of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) experience
• Valid driver’s license
• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) eligibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, time management, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to sit for long periods
• Comfortable working in remote and/or hybrid environments
• Flexible to work outside of typical business hours

Salary: $90,000 - $145,000 per year
