What you’ll do: The Implementation Consultant plans and manages all aspects of Acumatica Cloud ERP implementations. Working with Acumatica partners and resellers, the IC acts as the key advisor, product advocate, and project implementation resource.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support & consultation to partners and end-users.
- Provide best practice recommendations to customers.
- Conduct root cause analysis on system performance & stability issues.
- Build and maintain customer & stakeholder relationships.
- Assist partners or in-house customers with implementation discovery, project analysis, proposal building, and Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Align customer processes with new product features.
- Answer application questions, track & resolve implementation issues.
- Work with various departments to resolve customer issues.
- Document requirements, resolutions, & escalations.
- Assist with service delivery strategy development.
- Conduct product & technology presentations for partners & field events.
- Provide user training & documentation.
- Assist & mentor new team members.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Commerce, or related field.
- Basic accounting understanding (T-accounts, ledgers, sub-ledgers, debits/credits).
- Installation & configuration experience with various Business Application Software (Mid-Market ERP).
- Software presentation & demonstration experience.
- ERP System Financial & ad-hoc report writing (a plus).
- Microsoft Office applications & presentation tools.
- Microsoft SQL Server experience & relational database concepts.
- Organized, analytical, & able to eliminate implementation obstacles.
- Strong presentation skills & communication skills.
- Ability to write reports, emails, & procedure manuals.
- 5+ years ERP software implementation experience in construction (including consulting, project management, estimating, proposal writing).
- Experience in distribution, field services, supply chain, financials, &/or Inventory ERP implementation (a plus).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales & technology knowledge.
- Comfortable in a dynamic technical organization.
Salary: $130,000-$140,000 annually.
