Full-Time Senior Executive

Primarily, a Senior Executive role involves executing projects to client/supervisor satisfaction.

Scope of Responsibilities:

1. Operational excellence: Project Management & Client Management
2. Ensure assigned responsibilities meet time and quality expectations
3. Understand and comply with Nielsen's research processes and workflow
4. Support manager on daily project execution (e.g., questionnaire design/input, link testing)
5. Ensure timely and proactive communication with partner divisions (data processing, data collection, vendors, other Nielsen offices)
6. Send materials to Ops/support teams on schedule, thoroughly checking for errors
7. Proactive communication during project lifecycle (e.g., status reports, database issue highlights)
8. Attend client presentations with the manager as needed

Skill-set:

• Analytical/report writing and presentation skills
• Write analysis plan & develop charting templates
• Brief charting & tabulation teams on project requirements
• Check data tables/charts for errors
• Draft reports & commentaries

Productivity:

• Embrace & drive sub-team compliance on key initiatives & protocols
• Attend training and ensure timely compliance
• Observe proper process protocols throughout project lifecycle
• Plan data runs for projects to minimize re-runs

Qualifications:

• Ideally, a university degree in relevant fields (Engineering, Math's, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Business Management)
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the Market Research industry or a relevant field
• Strong competency in Maths or Statistics is a plus
• Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
• Strong communication & visualization skills (storytelling)
• High level of client service skills and understanding of growth/brand strategy
• Business acumen and knowledge of market dynamics
• Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment
