Full-Time Senior Finance Program Manager

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Finance Program Manager with extensive experience in program and project management, M&A, and finance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead program management of finance-related projects, including Finance integration for M&A.
• Support finance transformation project delivery.
• Develop detailed roadmaps, project plans, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Own the communications strategy for assigned programs and projects.
• Collaborate with value realization work streams.
• Apply systems thinking to assess interconnectedness.
• Establish structure and momentum from ambiguity.
• Ensure clarity around scope, deliverables, resources, risks, and decisions.
• Champion continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance, finance operations, program/project management, or Finance transformation roles.
• Familiarity with Finance process areas and Finance Transformation.
• Combination of program management and delivery experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Consistent record of motivating and managing change.
• Outstanding collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ownership mentality.
• Experience with Project and Portfolio Management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience.
• Experience with Atlassian suite of solutions.
• Understanding of business operations and best practices.
• Experience in executive communications.
