Full-Time Senior Front-end Developer

About the roleCapIntel is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to shape the platform's architecture, scalability, and performance. You'll define best practices, collaborate with designers and product managers to create seamless, high-performing, and accessible user experiences. Expertise in frontend development, performance optimization, and modern frameworks is needed to drive platform growth and usability. Familiarity with backend technologies is expected; occasional backend development (MERN stack) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment).
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript (especially React).
• Optimize performance and manage efficient state.
• Integrate with backend services, collaborating with backend engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design to build user-centric solutions.
• Refine development workflows and stay current with frontend trends.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and UI consistency.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as a senior frontend or full-stack developer.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.).
• MERN stack experience (MongoDB, Express, ReactJS, Node.js).
• Understanding of scalable frontend architecture and performance best practices.
• Mentoring and leading technical initiatives.
• Experience with comprehensive unit testing.
• Strong communication skills for technical explanations.

Bonus Experience (not required)

• Familiarity with the T3 tech stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS).
• Working knowledge of AWS, CI/CD, and Git.
• Experience with design systems and UI consistency.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and preventing performance issues.
