Full-Time Senior Frontend Software Engineer (Angular)

Client Profile: One of our clients is a prominent financial institution with 150,000 workstations and 4,500 employees. We enhance their operations, ensuring streamlined processes and heightened security.

Project Overview: This project is part of a broader program focused on financial and banking solutions. One initiative involves redesigning and optimizing an authorization management application. Another focuses on integrating a low-code Angular application for custom process configuration (e.g., forms) used by a bank in their Homepage and Online Banking.

Responsibilities:

• Tailor Client Solutions: Conduct research, assessments, and recommend efficient software solutions.
• Deliver High-Quality Code: Ensure high-quality, performance-focused code delivery.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead refactoring efforts for existing programs.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients.
• Client Consultancy: Provide technical consultancy services to clients.
• Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years experience in web applications using JavaScript, Angular, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge of Client-Server communication, protocols, and REST principles.
• Version control proficiency (Git, Atlassian, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, debugging, and performance testing skills.
• Effective communication skills for team and client interaction.
• Interest and proficiency in XP practices (pair programming, TDD, DDD, etc.).
• Ability to adapt strategies to project contexts.
• Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering solutions for different components.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of related frameworks (NodeJS, Docker).
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues.
• Application lifecycle and CI/CD knowledge.
• Security and UI/UX experience.
