Full-Time Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Client Overview: One of our clients, prominent in the financial sector, operates across 150,000 workstations and supports 4,500 employees. Our IT solutions enhance security and streamline processes.

Project Details: This project is part of a broader program with four initiatives in finance/banking. One focuses on redesigning/optimizing an authorization management application. Another focuses on integrating a low-code application using Angular, enabling banks to configure custom processes like forms.

Responsibilities:

• Tailor client solutions: Research, assess, and recommend efficient software.
• Deliver high-quality code: Ensure code quality and performance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead refactoring efforts.
• Team collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, managers, and clients.
• Client consultancy: Provide technical guidance to clients.
• Nurture Knowledge: Mentor colleagues.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years experience in web applications using JavaScript, Angular, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge of client-server communication, protocols, and REST principles.
• Version control proficiency (Git, Atlassian, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest and proficiency in XP practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver reliable solutions.

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of relevant frameworks (NodeJS, Docker).
• Mentoring experience and collaborative team environment skills.
• Application lifecycle and CI/CD knowledge.
• Security and UI/UX experience.
