Role Overview: We seek a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead development and scaling of our platform. You'll collaborate across functions for a powerful user experience.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure full-stack solutions.
- Build and enhance web applications for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
- Define and implement best practices for software development and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
- Own technical decisions and contribute to the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science (or related) with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- 7+ years experience in full-stack development, with significant frontend/backend projects.
- Proficient in AWS, React, GraphQL, TypeScript, Node.js, MikroORM, PostgreSQL, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience designing user interactions, writing server-side APIs, and integrating frontend/backend.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of success in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience leading projects from conception to implementation to feedback.
Nice to Have:
- Renewable energy or SaaS industry experience.
- Geolocation technologies and real-time data integration.
- SOC II compliance and secure development practices.
