Full-Time Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll shape this mission by building features impacting millions of lives. You'll tackle complex challenges scaling a global platform, including data architecture, backend integrations, and software delivery infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on migrating & optimizing Firebase/Firestore services to scalable GCP/AWS solutions.
• Drive adoption of cloud architecture best practices using IaC tools (Terraform).
• Architect & implement multi-tenancy solutions for seamless scaling & data isolation.
• Lead initiatives to deliver products at scale, helping millions reach financial goals.
• Prioritize automation & developer productivity, driving efficiency through clean code, thorough testing, & best practices.
• Ensure innovation aligns with application performance & security standards.
• Mentoring junior engineers.
• Foster open communication and idea sharing.

Required Skills:

• Strong Full Stack experience (TypeScript, Node.js, React preferred). Experience with Python, Java, or C# is welcome.
• In-depth cloud scaling strategies & GCP/AWS/hybrid integration.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) & container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Performance monitoring & optimization tools for cloud services.
• API & UI development to accelerate roadmap delivery.
• Relational & non-relational database experience (schema design).
• Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Benefits: 100% remote work in the US.

Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
