Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Account Fraud and Enablement
About the role
The Account Fraud and Enablement Team is a new Risk Product team focused on building tools for quick and accurate fraud risk identification/response while minimizing customer friction.
Responsibilities
- Implement new systems to support manual and automated fraud reviews of applications.
- Work cross-functionally with Risk Product teams to integrate Account Fraud review flows into systems owned by other teams (e.g., Risk Onboarding).
- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-career developers.
- Collaborate with engineering manager, product manager, designer, and stakeholders to understand business needs and propose technical solutions.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience as a software engineer with frontend and backend experience.
- Technical leadership or people management experience.
- Experience with or willingness to learn React, TypeScript, Redux, Haskell, Yesod, Persistent, and PostgreSQL.
Compensation
Competitive salary and equity packages.
US employees: $203,100-238,900 USD
Canadian employees: CAD 184,800 - 217,400
