Role Summary: You'll build scalable and robust features in our Payroll Product with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

• Support Developers, Product Managers, and Designers in fast-paced projects.
• Create clean, organized, and reusable Ruby and Angular/React code.
• Own significant areas of the application and drive product impact.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
• Mentor team members on best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience building, scaling, and maintaining large applications in Ruby on Rails.
• 3+ years experience with Angular and React.
• Experience taking abstract business problems and finding optimal technical solutions.
• Experience using Agile methodologies and collaborating with various specialists.
• Strong desire for well-tested and organized code.
