It incorporates global regulations and granular obligation models, helping users understand applicable rules. Job Summary Single Rulebook seeks a proactive, self-driven Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the Product Team. This integral role will work on the React single-page front-end application and back-end Python micro-services within the AWS cloud. Collaboration with engineering teams, Product Owner, CTO, and CEO is essential for maintaining and improving product functionality. Right to Work Applicants must be based in the UK or EU with the right to work, either by permanent residency or citizenship. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve existing React-based front-end application, working with lead front-end engineers.
- Utilize serverless computing and Python frameworks for back-end micro-service development.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, engineering teams, and CTO to design and develop back-end micro-services.
- Define assurance reports and generate automated alerts for anomalies.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, cross-browser compatible code.
- Maintain a complex codebase ensuring scalability, modularity, and reusability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Front-end: React JS UI improvement
- Back-end: Scalable & secure Python code
- Testing: Test driven development
- Frameworks: React.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI)
- Databases: SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RDS, Elastic Search)
- Cloud: Containerization (AWS ECS, Docker), serverless (AWS Lambda)
