Full-Time Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React + Node.js)

Project – the aim you’ll have

Our client is a gaming company established to reform the national gaming system. Operating under the principle of exclusivity, its mission is to provide games responsibly, mitigate gambling-related risks, and ensure player protection while preventing fraud.

The company offers a wide range of games divided into three main categories: Lucky Games, Casino Games, and Betting Games. It emphasizes operating responsibly and contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment.

Position – how you’ll contribute

Join our agile team and play a key role in the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to coding, deployment, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance/support.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable, and well-tested capabilities that meet both user needs and business goals.

Actively participate in all relevant scrum events, including planning and estimation, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Take ownership of building new features and enhancing existing ones across our microservices-driven backend and various frontend applications.

Contribute to shaping software architecture and design principles, applying test-driven development, establishing team standards, and implementing best practices to continuously improve code quality, manage technical debt, and drive agile methodologies within the team.

Expectations – the experience you need

5+ years of progressive experience in software development.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior and middle developers.

Experience in designing and implementing complex software systems and architectures.

Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Experience in leading development projects, including planning, estimation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

Additional skills - the edge you have

Experience with AWS services.
