Full-Time Senior Full Stack Web3 Engineer

We are seeking a passionate Senior Full Stack Web3 Engineer to join our growing team, focused on developing the next-generation platform for cross-chain payments and trading applications.

You will be involved in designing and developing innovative solutions for Web3 challenges, spanning DeFi to iGaming.

Responsibilities

• Building, testing, and supporting full-stack applications using blockchain technology.
• Maintaining and improving existing live products.
• Collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams to refine ideas and ship products quickly.
• Adhering to CI/CD best practices.
• Sharing knowledge with peers through code reviews and technical documentation.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Bringing new ideas to the team and shaping the roadmap (Web3 is rapidly evolving).
• Identifying and implementing new tools to simplify the stack and improve throughput.
• Working independently on complex problems and solving UX challenges for on-chain users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years with on-chain data.
• Expert in TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React.
• Proficient in Git.
• Experience with Go (or willingness to learn).
• Experience with complex microservice-based distributed systems.
• Understanding of various transport protocols (e.g., HTTP, gRPC).
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container-based runtime environments.
• Proficient in relational data modeling.
• Experience with NoSQL data.
• Proficient in database tuning for high performance.
• Understanding of observability tooling (metrics, traces, logging).
• Mentoring experience.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with various EVM chains and token standards.
• Familiarity with Solana.
• Experience with Solidity and frameworks like Hardhat or Foundry.
• Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity, startup environment.
