Full-Time Senior Fullstack Engineer Community Support

Airbnb Community Support Platform (CSP) is looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Agent Routing and Case team. The team is responsible for improving customer issue routing, data tracking, agent coordination, and customer support experiences.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Working cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to build novel products and features.
• Driving and contributing to the full development cycle (technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch).
• Reviewing code and design documents, providing feedback on product specifications and mockups.
• Contributing to team roadmap and technical direction.

Your Expertise:

• 6+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Scala, Ruby on Rails, Python).
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Preact, Angular, Next, Vue).
• Passion for delivering products end-to-end (from ideation to A/B testing).
• Understanding of architectural patterns for large-scale web applications (APIs, data pipelines, algorithms).
• Passion for design and building user-friendly products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

This position is US-Remote Eligible, with occasional in-office work or offsites.

Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 USD per year.
