You will join the Client Technology Tribe focused on providing cutting-edge security to clients, managing authentication and KYC processes. We ensure a secure and compliant consent process and data handling according to GDPR. We maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, marketing communication channels, client support, and the public website.

Our strategy is two-fold: prevent support cases where possible by empowering clients and provide tools and analytics for efficient support management. The ultimate goal is first-touch resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Join the Client Success Platform team, building a client-facing and internal platform ensuring timely support even during periods of high growth.
- Develop, maintain, and improve microservices and serverless code using TypeScript, and contribute to projects in Python and Kotlin.
- Utilize AWS services.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code with security as a priority.
- Adhere to modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience with TypeScript and JavaScript (and optionally Java, Kotlin, or Python).
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, REST, and relational databases.
- Frontend experience with React (Next.js, NestJS, GraphQL are nice-to-haves).
- Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Strong analytical skills, both technical and product-focused.
- Experience with complex software projects and microservices or serverless solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience with security topics and/or DevOps is preferred.
- Financial industry experience (or similar) is a plus.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
