Full-Time Senior Fullstack Java/React

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with extensive Java/React experience and proficiency in modern web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for seamless feature development.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Review code, mentor team members, and enforce best practices.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and client meetings.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills.
• Proficient in JavaScript with advanced expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
• Advanced experience with Java and Spring.
• Additional backend experience with Node.js, Python, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Skilled in CI/CD, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions from conception to production.
• B2+ or Advanced English proficiency.

Contract Details:

• Contract Type: Payroll
• Location: 100% Remote (client in US)
• Contract Duration: 6+ months, potential extension
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
• Time Zone: Peru - overlaps with USA/Costa Rica hours (EST/CST)
• Rate: 12000 soles/month
