Full-Time Senior Fullstack Software Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in squad ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure the quality and security of delivered software.
• Communicate design effectively to team members.
• Integrate systems with new/modified software components.
• Build, evolve, and scale distributed architectures and microservices.
• Create and maintain APIs and microservices.
• Propose improvements to existing solutions for enhanced performance.

Hard Skills:

• Strong experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience with development/maintenance of RESTful APIs in Java.
• Web Development experience (Angular Framework).
• Solid experience with Unit Tests using JUnit (Java) and Jest (Angular).
• Knowledge of version control systems (especially Git).
• Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud (S3, EMR, Lambda, EC2).

Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with Python development.
• Experience with Scala development.
• Knowledge of the AirFlow tool.
• Experience with development estimation techniques (Planning Poker, Function Points, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sharp sense of urgency.
