Full-Time Senior Funding Specialist

This US-based remote position requires:

• Working across sub-processes like funding and inspections to meet deliverables.
• Reviewing inspection results and ensuring compliance with draw requests.
• Updating construction management software with current status, support documentation, and customer service notes.
• Reviewing underwriting materials to assess the viability of contractors and projects.
• Generating draw status notifications for primary contacts and monitoring service level agreements.
• Performing analysis on proposed construction projects and reviewing contractor qualifications.
• Handling requests via phone or email, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Tracking draw statuses, collaborating with the customer service team for quality customer service.
• Daily ordering of residential and commercial inspections.
• Reviewing, updating, and balancing budgets, revising reports as needed.
• Maintaining data integrity and quality.
• Communicating professionally with internal and external clients to ensure efficient workflow.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for global teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with wire management (required).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented accounting specialist.
• Direct experience with vendor and realtor payments.
