Role Summary: In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination for a global cross-functional team. Initial responsibilities include leading a large-scale services and systems integration with a major retailer.
Program Management: Accountable for all facets of program planning, execution, and delivery; manage internal and external stakeholder communications.
Strategic Responsibilities: Shifting to managing program strategy and operations, monitoring performance, ensuring SLA delivery, and driving optimization initiatives across regions.
Stakeholder Management: Be the primary point of contact for the retailer, collaborating closely with internal teams (PMO, Marketing, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Engineering) for successful implementation and management of the program.
Essential Skills: Exceptional program management expertise, strong stakeholder management, strong communication skills, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Post-Launch Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence, minimizing customer escalations, achieving KPIs, assessing program performance, providing strategic recommendations.
Ideal Candidate: Organized, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, takes ownership, scrappy, thinks outside the box, strong leadership record, team player.
Required Experience: 8-10+ years of program management experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles overseeing large, complex programs. Expertise in managing cross-functional teams.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Nice-to-Have: MBA/Masters, PMP/PgMP, Strategy Consulting Experience.
Compensation (estimates): $140K-$180K (California) $130K-$170K (Colorado).
