Your Responsibilities:
- Find and attract top talent for clients
- Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Deeply embed with client culture
- Partner with senior stakeholders
- Recruit talent for Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Go-to-market/Commercial recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience (ideal)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
