We're seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on physician and clinical roles globally. This critical contract role has potential for a permanent position.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipelines, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Source high-quality candidates using proactive outreach, direct sourcing, and various channels.
- Develop structured interview plans and conduct in-depth candidate screenings.
- Facilitate feedback loops and make informed decisions about candidate progression.
- Build and maintain a diverse network of top talent, focusing on high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide exceptional candidate care and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the TA team on offer extensions and pre-boarding.
- Serve as the primary contact and advocate for candidates.
- Promote DEI in sourcing and selection.
- Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies, partnering with Marketing & Communications.
- Stay current on healthcare trends and recruitment best practices.
- Leverage analytics to assess recruitment performance and drive process improvement.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of healthcare recruitment experience, including global clinical/non-clinical requisitions.
- Proven track record of placing top-tier talent in critical roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar recruitment software.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
