ServiceNow is seeking a Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager to support the Director in delivering strategic GTM programs. This role focuses on executing reporting, analysis, project management, and program coordination to drive operational rigor and partner success.
What You Get to Do:
- Support execution of GTM programs.
- Prepare reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
- Coordinate activities and manage timelines.
- Assist in developing program materials.
- Maintain program trackers and status updates.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Support governance processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
- 12+ years in GTM Operations, Program/Project Management, or related roles.
- Understanding of GTM processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical skills with experience in reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and GTM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Hyperscaler cloud ecosystems.
