Cloudinary is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead Cloudinary implementations using our methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Implementation Delivery: Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Manage Project Scope & Timeline: Create and maintain implementation plans.
- Partner on Complex Engagements: Work closely with Solution Architects on more technical projects.
- Own Simpler Implementations: Deliver light-to-moderate complexity projects independently.
- Align on Business Value: Guide customers on how Cloudinary can support their goals.
- Facilitate Project-Based Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase.
- Coordinate Internal Teams: Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Contribute to Practice Development: Help evolve Cloudinary’s delivery methodology.
About you:
- East Coast Based
- 5+ years in SaaS implementation consulting, onboarding, or project delivery roles.
- Experience leading end-to-end SaaS onboarding or implementation projects.
- Strong customer engagement and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable supporting light technical configuration, asset tagging, and product use-case design.
