1. Oversee and manage multiple technical onboarding projects simultaneously across various product lines.
2. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers during integration, ensuring their business needs are understood and addressed.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and onboarding outcomes.
4. Continuously refine and improve integration workflows, introducing new methodologies to optimize speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
5. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of integration documentation, including internal playbooks and customer-facing guides.
7. Partner with the Product team to ensure technical integration content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product capabilities.
