Job Details
Fandango is seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, iOS to join our Mobile Engineering team. This role involves developing features for Fandango and Versant properties, focusing on customer-facing applications.
Job Duties:
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for iOS using Xcode, Swift, and Objective-C.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers.
- Lead architectural discussions and ensure applications are scalable and secure.
- Implement best coding practices through code reviews and automated testing.
- Monitor application performance and optimize for scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends.
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
- Support the full software development lifecycle.
Technical Stack:
- Programming Languages: Swift, Objective-C
- UI Framework: UIKit, SwiftUI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of iOS mobile application development experience with Swift and Objective-C.
- Strong understanding of native iOS development and performance optimization.
- Experience in a continuous integration environment with testing best practices.
- Proven ability to architect scalable mobile applications.
- Familiarity with App Store submission processes.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend service integration.
- Strong skills in Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience developing high-volume mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design and event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
