• Develop and execute project plans for Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while overseeing the implementation and integration of PAM tools.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations for PAM projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify privileged access requirements.
• Provide leadership to project team members and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in IT security and PAM.

• 10 years of IT project management experience focusing on security and access management.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ITIL certification.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English
