Full-Time Senior IT PM - PAM Pharma

• Develop and execute project plans for Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of PAM tools.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations for PAM projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Provide leadership to project team members and present updates to senior management.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT security and PAM.

Requirements:

• 10 years of IT project management experience in security and access management.
• Strong knowledge of PAM solutions and experience with tools like CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
• Active PMP and ITIL certifications.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
