Full-Time Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of complex technical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage resources, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and budget.
• Support delivery quality and oversight for customer-facing projects.
• Build and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitoring financial and schedule progress.
• Ensure project objectives and goals are met within timeframe and budget.
• Collaborate with different teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and customer satisfaction.
• Provide status reports to Executive and Project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Hold resources accountable to commitments and escalate issues.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, creating change requests when applicable.
• Manage project issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Develop leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years' experience in Project Management
• Experience managing technical projects, particularly in infrastructure, Azure/Cloud, and end-user computing (EUC), is preferred
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• Executive-level presence and ability to present to C-Suite
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to develop and track project financials
• Proficiency in risk management
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Scrum Master certification (SSM or CSM) is a plus
