Job Details
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with expertise in infrastructure delivery to lead IT/OT projects across multiple sites as part of an M&A integration. The role involves overseeing the deployment and alignment of critical infrastructure services, ensuring compliance with global IT security and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of IT/OT infrastructure projects within the M&A program.
- Oversee deployment of O365, SD-WAN, site connectivity, data center components, and endpoint environments.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with departments including Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Global Infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with IT Security, Quality Assurance, and GxP/regulatory requirements.
- Drive effective project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and status reporting.
- Run project steering committees and provide transparent communication to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT architecture.
- Proven delivery experience with O365 rollout, SD-WAN implementations, and local site infrastructure modernization.
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably Pharmaceuticals.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills.
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or equivalent.
