Full-Time Senior IT Transformation Manager

About your tasks:

• Manage change and stakeholders to ensure a sustainable and long lasting transformative effect.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and other relevant departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure seamless integration of new processes and tools.
• Manage and execute transformation projects aimed at improving IT controlling processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Setup metrics to continuously monitor the progress and performance of the transformation efforts.
• Focus on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the whole IT organisation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to IT financial management.

About you:

• Prior experience in transformation and change projects, ideally within a multinational matrix organisation.
• Background in operational excellence, process optimisation, and change management, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and support decision-making processes.
• Experience with stakeholder management at all levels, including executive and senior management, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Strong knowledge on process design and management methodologies (experience with BPMN or other process mapping methodologies is a plus).
• Experience in controlling and finance transformation projects.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP), Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), and/or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
