Full-Time Senior Java Developer

Mission: We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our Agile team, where he will work on a microservices platform covering the personal finance business flows used by the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Working for the My Onboarding Tribe’s applications for maintenance and evolutions (the new functionalities are developed in microservices).
• Developing and unit testing Java-based software components.
• Participating in peer and engineering reviews.
• Participating in higher-level testing (integration, verification, validation) when needed.
• Coordinating and debugging the resolution of technical issues and analyzing root cause of problems.
• Getting involved in a company project strongly oriented towards collaboration and self-management.
• Working autonomously.

Technical Areas:

• Good understanding and experience on DDD (Domain Driven Design) with CQRS.
• Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and best practices (object-orientation, SOLID principles, design patterns, unit testing/mocks, continuous integration, code versioning (Git)).
• Java (8+)
• API REST and SOAP API
• Thorough knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Spring Data)
• JPA (Hibernate)
• Maven
• DB / SQL
• Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• IBM cloud - is a plus
• Experience on Kafka, ELK (Elastic Search, Logstash and Kibana) - is a plus
• Clean code standards using SonarQube and IQServer to resolve Vulnerabilities - is a plus
