Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ML models for fraud, trading, and AML.
- Transform complex models into actionable insights.
- Analyze large datasets for feature engineering and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with developers on machine learning systems.
- Monitor model performance and make improvements.
- Stay current with data science tools and methodologies.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 4+ years experience in analytics and data science, focusing on financial services.
- 3+ years deploying statistical and ML models.
- 2+ years integrating data science models into applications.
- Experience deploying ML models at scale and managing the model lifecycle.
- Knowledge of crypto exchange trading, financial markets, or banking.
- Deep knowledge of ML frameworks (e.g., Sagemaker, MLflow), libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python.
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, S3, Hadoop, Spark).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
