Full-Time Senior Machine Learning Engineer

• Model Development & Enhancement: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models.
• Deep Learning & NLP: Train and optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, leveraging deep learning techniques.
• LLM & GenAI Application: Apply practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to solve customer problems.
• ML Pipeline Development: Build and deploy robust ML pipelines using AWS services such as Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Production Support: Support deployed ML applications in production environments.
• Data Interaction: Utilize SQL proficiency to interact with data.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with the team and contribute to technical documentation.

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Solid experience in machine learning algorithms.
• Deep learning experience, especially with training Natural Language Processing (NLP) Models.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, or scikit-learn.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Ability to build and deploy ML models and design training pipelines.
• Competence in building ML Pipelines using AWS services like Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with scaled Agile practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
