Full-Time Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Logic20/20 is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to support data science teams leveraging AI and machine learning for computer vision or customer intent modeling.

This exciting opportunity allows you to create production-level systems using AI/ML techniques.

1. Create frameworks to predict various outcomes in diverse scenarios.
2. Develop models for customer satisfaction, providing deep insights into customer actions.
3. Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders.
4. Research and design statistical models for target questions, process optimization, and informed decision-making.
5. Develop solutions in R or Python.
6. Create production-grade solutions.
7. Work with Hadoop, Redshift, and Spark.
8. Translate business/product questions into analytics projects.
9. Communicate effectively (written & oral) and translate complex methodologies into high-level insights.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning (MLOps).
• 4+ years of Python experience in a production environment.
• 3+ years of building statistical models/evaluating/feature selection.
• Strong AWS, AWS Glue, SageMaker experience.
• Terraform knowledge.
• Proficient in enterprise software development practices (software lifecycle, best coding practices, version control, architecture, testing, deployment).
• Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, etc.).
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques.
• GitHub experience.
• Experience building data pipelines.

Preferred:

• Master's/PhD in Computer Science.
• Ability to build enterprise templates.
• Dashboards creation skills.
• Model monitoring in production experience.
• Azure DevOps proficiency.
• Implementation of best practices.

Compensation: Target base salary range: $130,000 - $150,000. Final salary depends on experience.
