Full-Time Senior Machine Learning Scientist - Applied Research

• Research and develop production grade Machine Learning models.
• Optimize models for scaled production usage.
• Collaborate with AI team, Engineering, Product Management, and others.
• Curate and generate optimal datasets.
• Explore SQL, no-SQL and web data, and write efficient parallel pipelines.
• Review and design datasets to ensure data quality.
• Investigate weaknesses of models in production.
• Utilize and fine-tune off the shelf models, including LLMs.
• Stay current in the field, experiment with new architectures and share findings.
• Write clean, efficient code with tests and documentation.
• Communicate insights to peers and product owners.
• Present and publish your work.

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in Machine/Deep Learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning theory.
• Academic publications in peer-reviewed conferences.
• Proficiency in Machine/Deep Learning development using platforms like AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face, PyTorch.
• Understanding of Language Models and industry-standard LM families.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Software development proficiency.
• Experience with text data and deep learning models.
• Experience with deep learning in vision and speech.
• Computer Science educational background.
• Familiarity in building front-ends for simple demos.
• Experience with advanced prompting and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Showcase previous work.
• Familiarity in coding for at-scale production and building back-end API services.
• Essential dev-ops skills (Docker, AWS EC2/Batch/Lambda).
