Full-Time Senior Machine Learning Scientist

You will join a global team of scientists and engineers, delivering Machine Learning systems. Your contributions will have global reach.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop production grade Machine Learning models.
• Optimize models for scaled production usage.
• Explore product issues and recommend innovative ML/AI based solutions.
• Curate and generate optimal datasets.
• Investigate weaknesses of models in production.
• Utilize off the shelf models, including LLMs.
• Stay current in the field.
• Write clean, efficient code with automated tests and documentation.
• Work with downstream teams to productionize your work.
• Communicate insights to peers and product owners.
• Present and publish your work.

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in Machine/Deep Learning.
• Strong understanding of math and theory behind ML/DL.
• Academic publications in peer-reviewed conferences.
• Machine/Deep Learning development skills.
• Understanding of Language Models.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Familiarity in building front-ends for demos.
• Experience with prompting/agentic-systems and fine-tuning LLMs.
