Full-Time Senior Manager - AI Initiatives

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
• Lead pre-sales activities including client discovery, solution design, and RFP development.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

• Lead delivery of complex consulting engagements.
• Develop and execute digital strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Guide the implementation of enterprise solutions—including cloud, SaaS, AI, and digital transformation.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.

• Partner with executive leadership to evolve our consulting offerings.
• Mentor and coach consultants.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and client-first thinking.
• Contribute to thought leadership.

• 5-10+ years of experience in a leading enterprise-level consulting firm.
• Experience establishing and optimizing AI intake processes.
• Experience navigating multiple stakeholders across various business units.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead change management efforts.
• Proven success in implementing large-scale cross-functional solutions.
• Experience supporting a portfolio of projects and leading diverse project teams.
• Demonstrated skillset in building and managing relationships with C-suites.
• Ability to mentor junior resources.
• Experience with the sales process and account development.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree from a leading program.
• Willingness to work on client sites.
• Experience working within the utilities industry is preferred.
