Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development of our next-generation B2B Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This role involves leading the delivery of a new eCommerce platform to shape the future of our digital business offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap.
- Coordinate and achieve projects, enhancements, and support.
- Support the design and delivery processes and strategies for a secure, high availability, enterprise system.
- Lead a global team of developers, architects, and QA engineers.
- Promote best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, governance, security, and technical documentation.
- Integrate Salesforce with Experian's ecosystem using Mulesoft, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Stay current with Salesforce roadmap, releases, and trends.
- Optimize system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate across multiple time zones with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure a rewarding and enjoyable team culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing a project from RFP to SOW to production.
- Experience with back-end or front-end web development skills.
- Experience with Jira and other Atlassian tools for Agile/Scrum lifecycle management.
- Experience of DevOps and CI/CD, automated test and build tools.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
- Experience with Product Oriented Delivery.
- Experience with eCommerce portals is beneficial.
- Experience in AWS is beneficial.
