Full-Time Senior Manager Business Operations

Operations Business Management: Analyze current internal & external manufacturing processes for efficiency improvements. Conduct capacity analysis and develop strategies for releasing trapped capacity and leveraging existing manufacturing capacity. Lead special projects impacting the manufacturing network as needed. Participate in long-term capital planning/assessments. Collaborate with finance and the business to manage ROI processes and conversion cost initiatives. Provide onsite support for mergers, strategic projects, and efficiency/improvement objectives. Identify and overcome operational challenges and opportunities. Co-develop strategies to improve COGS. Actively participate in the Stage-Gate process, providing feedback and support for projects related to manufacturing capabilities, investment requirements, lead times, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a budget. Employ strategies to ensure company growth. Develop operational scorecards from cross-functional teams to monitor business unit KPIs.

Supplier Relationships: Maintain current knowledge of key equipment suppliers and provide input on capabilities of automation providers. Evaluate suppliers and recommend selections based on project needs.

Automation Technology: Stay updated on automation technology advancements and trends. Apply this knowledge to improve existing production equipment. Develop processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance (financial standards, quality standards, production/shipping reporting, operational excellence, capacity requirements).

Lead platform operations team: in the development of FY standard costs with Finance for assigned platform/product lines.
