Full-Time Senior Manager Business Systems Analyst

AWP Safety is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in business process reengineering and systems analysis. This role is critical for bridging business needs with technical solutions, optimizing, and redefining business processes through thorough requirement gathering and system design.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, proficiency in writing user stories, understanding functional and non-functional requirements, and conducting various testing cycles (SIT, UAT).

A key aspect of this role involves the implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics Quote-to-Cash ERP, including a strong understanding of F&O functional expertise and Dual-write.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with geographically dispersed business units to reengineer and optimize processes.
• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops for requirement gathering and system design.
• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
• Document requirements in BRDs, as needed.
• Differentiate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases, facilitating various test cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT).
• Be the point of contact for Dynamics 365 F&O, demonstrating a clear understanding of Dual-Write functionality between CE and F&O.
• Create data mapping and solution documents for integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with the data warehouse and third-party systems.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SCM is a plus.
• Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills in project scenarios.
• Communicate effectively and facilitate discussions in large group settings.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage contractual obligations.
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems, applying it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and quote-to-cash ERP platforms.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations through a clear communication process.
• Stay current with customer needs and strategies, utilizing communication methods (emails, newsletters, presentations, updates, task lists). Facilitate project meetings and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Provide leadership to team members and peers, collaborating, articulating ideas, identifying projects, managing resources, and holding self and team accountable.
• Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and guide testers during QA.
• Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries, and updates.
• Strong skills in writing user stories and understanding various types of requirements.
• Ability to write and facilitate test cases and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and comfort facilitating large group discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in Business Systems Analyst roles.
